“Dearly beloved,

We are not here but by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by and through him we exist as a company, and we want to give all honor and glory to Him. Someday we shall meet Him face to face, and we do want that we all would be ready. So we desire to ask, are you ready? Have you come to know, “with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.” (Ephesians 3:18-19)? Have you received that fullness, “and grace for grace.” (John 1:16)?

If you are a sinner, and nothing at all, this is the very gift given for you! Not just that peace which passeth all understanding, and bliss in this life, but eternal life through Jesus Christ! “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” (John 6:47). But not all who believe Jesus hath that life, for God’s Word says, “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” (James 2:19). But do you believe upon Him as the only “name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)? Jesus Himself says today in His Word; “They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” (Luke 5:31-32). He calls us to repentance that we might find our consolation in Christ through the gospel! This and no other! You and I are such sinners that God saw only one way for us to be saved! The Bible tells how in the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus sweated as if it were “great drops of blood” as He looked into that bitter cup of sin for which He was to suffer (our sins). Do you know what God’s Word testifies? “He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.” (Matthew 26:42). Do you see now the Father’s will? He wanted you and me to be saved. For we see how that Jesus did indeed drink that very last drop of God’s wrath for sin, and bore it upon the cross, so that we would not have to spend eternity in hell with the devil and his angels.

Do not look elsewhere but to that “Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29). “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? And your labour for that which satisfieth not? Hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.” (Isaiah 55:1-2). “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14). Dear soul, this speaks of Jesus. Only repent, and believe!

“While it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.” Hebrews 3:15. Follow the lamb whithersoever He goeth. “Go, and sin no more.” Look to Jesus always; only He can keep us to the end! “The Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and keep you from evil.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
